Dear Nature Enthusiasts, Friends, and Family of Healing Souls,

Here's a heartwarming recap of our recent Solstice Nature Retreat! The photos we've shared capture the essence of our transformative experience, showcasing the beauty of our connection with nature and each other.

A large group of retreat participants smile and wave among aspen trees beside a log cabin.

For 6 remarkable days, we:

  • Transitioned to Nature's slower, more mindful rhythm
  • Tapped into our inner child, playing with farm animals
  • Stretched, danced, and drummed to awaken our bodies and spirits
  • Connected through storytelling around the fire
  • Embarked on solo walks to deepen our spiritual connection
  • Learned about nutritional healing and plant medicine
  • Explored somatic healing through reiki and shamanic energy practices

These activities brought us closer to nature, ourselves, and each other in profound ways.

On the final day, we asked participants to describe their experience in one word. The responses touched our hearts deeply:

Love. Belonging. Community. Passion. Hope. Healing.

Handwritten notes and cards laid in a circle around flowers and a bowl of daisies on a wooden floor.

These powerful words not only lift our spirits but also restore our faith in the world and the work we're doing. They've inspired us to dream bigger and reach further.

With this renewed energy, we're thrilled to announce our next adventure:

the Rewilding Nature Retreat!

The Giving Cypress and Bouquet of Basil herbals (Michelle Mansfield-Hom) will be hosting this retreat at the newly built Lost River Vacations, a tiny house retreat center created by members of our own deaf community. This location perfectly aligns with our vision of supporting the deaf ecosystem while immersing ourselves in nature's beauty.

Here's why we're excited about Lost River Vacations:

  1. Nestled in the Shenandoah mountains, offering breathtaking fall foliage
  2. Amenities for relaxation: access to sauna, hot tub, miles of trails, playground
  3. Cozy cabins and farm-to-table options
  4. A testament to manifesting dreams within our community
